Phasing
Last year I started to enroll in a gym hoping that I could loose as much weight as I can. As much as I wanted to flatten my big butterball stomach, I really find it hard to do it due to several factors like devotion of time, discipline and body conditioning. In short, I wasn't consistent in doing my physical activities. Although it was not a huge success on melting the butterball, in the end I was able to improved my body condition.
Now I'll be doing the next phase of my physical activities in my mission to flatten my big butterball stomach LOL. I really hope that I can make it this year and there will be a lot of improvements compared to last year. Hmm.. maybe I will be posting the before and after pics? Nah...
Due to the injuries that I have in my both legs (right with a meniscus tear), I'm also in the process on trying to increase the speed of the treadmill every week. Last year all my treadmills activities were brisk walking. Now I can jog for 20 minutes in the treadmill for about 1.8km, don't ask me the speed because its quite slow. I choose a slow phase cause I'm afraid that it can affect my injuries. From time to time, I'll be increasing the speed and duration.
Maybe some of you might think that I'm vague because just for aesthetic reasons that's why I go to gym. LOL. One of the major reason doing all this physical fitness stuff because of my weight which is over 36 lbs and my work demands not only good mind conditioning but also physical fitness.
