My Dreams and Goal: Loosing Weight

There are many plans I want to achieve in my life right now. Establishing a business, getting more income, future plans and so on. All these plans are more likely categorized as materialistic things in this temporal world. I would be a hypocrite if I say I'm happy right now in what I'm earning. But before achieving these goals, I thought it will be better if I will refine myself on how I live my life especially in spiritual aspect and physical fitness. I always do believe in the saying "Health is Wealth". Even we have millions and billions, if we got cancer nobody can fully cure us. Money can prolong our life but that agony we are into its not worth it. Its hard to balance everything in life but everyday is a learning experience and we should be able to embrace what has life to offer us even for the fact the world is cruel.

The first thing, I want to do myself is to be physically fit. My old friends will surely laugh at this because until now I haven't achieved this goal. Yes, I know, I just got to inject more discipline in myself. Surely there was a time early last year 2007, I loose around 15lbs I did look good but I stop my trip to gym and gain weight again. Now I'm making a statement for myself to religiously devote myself into physical fitness.

To summarized the activities in my physical fitness, I've made a bet with my officemates if I wouldn't loose weight this coming December, I will treat them letchon and if I win they will be the one to treat. I know this is a big sacrifice for me due to the following remaining events: Octoberfest and Christmas season.

Its been my 3rd week now eating steamed fish for lunch, for late afternoon around 4:45pm - 5:00pm I only have fresh chinese lumpia and that's consider my dinner. At home after gym I drink fresh milk (low fat) but not everyday sometimes half-glass of kalamnsi juice. I've lost 3lbs to be exact in 3 weeks (1lbs/week).

I spent 30 minutes on cardio exercise followed by light weights for firming and another 15-20 minutes cardio to end my physical fitness activities. I hope I can post before and after pics, but I won't get too ambitious yet. Enjoy reading until next when I got more results.
